Just past Ilanz there is a beautiful long canyon of about 20kms. There is exciting river rafting or canoeing to be done, or a rewarding walk from Flims to lake Cauma – which is often voted as the most beautiful lake in Switzerland - and ending your walk at a view point called Il Spir to see the canyon.
