There are so many beautiful and stunning waterfalls in the Bernese Alps. Some highlights include a visit to the Reichenbach falls with a drop of over 250 metres and to see where the death of Sherlock Holmes took place. Other spectacular and unique waterfalls are the Trümmelbach falls which consist of a group of 10 waterfalls in the middle of the mountain. And for this top-50 selection we picked the Rosenlaui Glacier Gorge. Over time the Weissenbach River has carved its way into the slate and limestone and formed a fantastic masterpiece out of the cliffs.
